He founded and established a business focused on building a globally competitive agro-industrial brand from Africa, a vision that now extends into fintech and healthcare through a growing portfolio under the holding structure. As Group Managing Director, John provides strategic direction across all subsidiaries, including Johnvents Industries Limited. He holds master's degrees in Agriculture and Statistics.

Nath brings over three decades of leadership experience across banking, financial technology and enterprise transformation in Africa and international markets. He previously served as Managing Director and CEO of Nova Merchant Bank, and held Executive Director roles at Union Bank Nigeria and FCMB. As Group Chief Executive Officer of CapitalSage Technology Group, he leads the Group's institutional and technology strategy.

Opeyemi is a global financial leader with over two decades of experience in accounting, accounting technology and financial technology. A certified SAP finance consultant, he has led enterprise-level resource planning solutions and projects for institutions including Capita PLC, London, BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and Finance & Global Trade Solutions.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, a Master of Arts in Business from Liverpool Hope University and an MBA from the University of North West, New York.

Dr. Yemisi is a seasoned economist and internationally certified human development expert with over 17 years of experience in development research, food policy and applied economic solutions. She serves as an Executive Director at Johnvents Foods Limited, bringing her expertise to the company's vision of building a sustainable and inclusive agribusiness ecosystem across Africa.

Prior to Johnvents, she served as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Consultant with the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) in Abuja. Her work spans food security, agricultural productivity, technology adoption, value chain assessments and the economic applications of nutrition and public health. She has consulted for USAID, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.

Nath brings over three decades of leadership experience across banking, financial technology and enterprise transformation in Africa and international markets. He has led large-scale institutional change across commercial banking, merchant banking and digital financial services, with a consistent focus on building resilient systems, strengthening governance frameworks and driving disciplined execution at scale.

Before joining CapitalSage Technology Group, Nath served as Managing Director and CEO of Nova Merchant Bank, where he delivered sustained profitability growth and led the implementation of Africa's first Infosys Finacle X1 core banking platform. He previously held Executive Director roles at Union Bank Nigeria and FCMB, and senior leadership positions at Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank across multiple countries.

Yvonne has over 20 years of experience across Business Development, Relationship Management and Wealth Management at Stanbic IBTC, Leadway Pensure and Greenwich (now Greenwich Merchant Bank). Before her role as MD, she served as Head of Wealth Management at ValuAlliance Asset Management Limited, a member of the African Capital Alliance Group. She is a Certified Wealth Manager and holds an MBA from the Netherlands Business School.

Abubakar is a transformational banking executive and Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB) with over 25 years of experience in commercial banking spanning Operations, Audit, Investigations, Compliance, Internal Control and Strategic Transformation. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

Recognised as one of Sterling Bank's Most Influential Leaders, Abubakar led the flawless rollout of the first Africa-developed core banking system across the bank's branches. He has also held key roles at FCMB and UBA, contributing to core banking implementations, control frameworks and post-merger integration efforts.

Bamidele is a senior business and technology executive with over two decades of experience across financial services operations, fintech, business development and ICT-led transformation in Nigeria's public and private sectors. He leads strategic partnerships, revenue initiatives and regional expansion across the Group's financial services subsidiaries in Northern Nigeria.

He previously held senior leadership roles at Funds & Electronic Transfer Solutions (FETS), including General Manager, Operations, where he drove public-sector partnerships and revenue growth across Northern Nigeria. He also held technology and operational leadership roles within the Dangote Group, leading enterprise systems deployment and ERP implementation across multiple business units. He holds a B.Eng from the University of Ilorin and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Kayode is an economist and investment banker with over 15 years of experience across corporate finance, infrastructure advisory, M&A and strategic restructuring in Africa. He has led and advised on transactions spanning capital raises, restructurings, and structured debt across sectors including agribusiness, infrastructure, financial services and manufacturing.

As Managing Director (Acting) of Regius Capital, Kayode leads the firm's origination, structuring and execution across capital markets and corporate finance mandates. He holds an MBA from the London School of Business and Finance and a B.Sc. in Economics from Crawford University.

Faustina is a Chartered Accountant with experience across investment banking, credit structuring and institutional coverage. She previously worked with the Financial Institutions Group at Access Bank Plc and held roles at KPMG and PwC, where she supported clients across financial services, corporate finance and audit engagements.

Babatunde is a Chartered Accountant and finance professional with experience across investment banking, corporate finance and transaction execution. He previously worked with Lloyds Banking Group in the UK, where he supported large-corporate lending and structured finance activity, and Stanbic IBTC Holdings in Nigeria, where he was involved in corporate transaction execution and financial advisory.

At Regius Capital, Babatunde supports the origination, structuring and execution of capital markets and corporate finance mandates across sectors.

Jennifer is a finance professional with experience across investment banking, corporate finance, corporate strategy and investment research. She previously worked with Meristem Securities Limited, where she contributed to equity research, corporate finance advisory and transaction analysis across sectors including financial services, consumer goods and industrials.

At Regius Capital, Jennifer supports the transaction team on deal origination, financial modelling, research and investor engagement. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
